Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez Promotes Economic Growth Through International Partnerships
Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez participated in an important meeting with members of the accredited consular corps in Miami, business leaders, and government officials to discuss global trade trends, economic opportunities, and the growing importance of nearshoring throughout the region.
Hosted by the City of Coral Gables, the gathering brought together leaders from the public and private sectors to strengthen international relationships and promote meaningful dialogue about economic development.

As Miami-Dade County Tax Collector, Fernandez highlighted the important role local businesses play in driving economic growth and creating jobs. He also noted that Local Business Tax Receipts issued by his office often represent the first step for entrepreneurs establishing businesses in Miami-Dade County.
