Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez Addresses Commission on Disability Issues to Protect Access and Prevent Fraud

This week, Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez appeared before the Commission on Disability Issues to discuss the office’s ongoing efforts to protect fairness, access, and accountability for residents with disabilities.

During the presentation, Fernandez explained why safeguarding disabled parking permits is a priority for the Tax Collector’s Office and outlined the steps being taken to address misuse and fraud.
