Miami-Dade Tax Collector Team Hits ‘Send’ on 2025 Property Tax Bills
The Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Team confirmed today that all 2025 property tax bills have been successfully mailed out, marking the official start of the annual property tax season.
Early this morning, the team visited Presort Center, Inc. (PCI) to oversee the final stages of preparation. Every pallet was securely wrapped, verified, and cleared for shipment under the supervision of a U.S. Postal Service clerk, ensuring full compliance with mailing standards.
In total, 959,757 property tax bills were processed, loaded, and dispatched to the post office for delivery.
“This operation represents months of preparation and coordination,” said Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez. “Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every tax bill reaches residents accurately and on time. It’s about efficiency, accountability, and serving our community the right way.”
Residents can now pay their 2025 property taxes online at mdctaxcollector.gov or in person at any of our 10 Miami-Dade Tax Collector Offices across the county:
