Job summary

Minimum Qualifications: 

High school diploma or GED. Two years of clerical experience to include customer service is   
required. Completion of college coursework may substitute for one year of the required work experience (30 semester credits). Must possess a valid Driver's License.  
This position is open only to current Customer Service Representatives. This position is in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment performing technical duties related to the issuance of motor vehicle and vessel registrations and titles, driver licenses, and the collection of fees and ad valorem (property) taxes, in accordance with well-defined policies and procedures. Position is in Miami Beach and may require working on Saturday or various shifts.
