Miami, FL – October 10, 2025. The Office of the Miami-Dade County Tax Collector will remain open to serve the public on Monday, October 13, 2025. Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez reaffirmed his commitment to ensuring residents continue to have access to essential government services without interruption.

“We know how busy life can get for working families,” said Tax Collector Fernandez. “By staying open, we make it easier for residents to take care of important matters at a time that works for them. it's another way we're putting service first."
 

Most of the nine Tax Collector branch offices across Miami-Dade County will be open during regular business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, the two offices located inside the Richard E. Gerstein Justice Building and the North Dade Justice Center will be closed on Monday, as the courthouses themselves will be closed to the public in observance of the holiday.

Residents are reminded that most services are also available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting www.mdctaxcollector.gov. The website offers convenient options to renew vehicle registrations, pay property taxes, and access a variety of other services without the need for an in-person visit.
