Miami, FL. July 21, 2025 — Miami-Dade County Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez is proud to invite you to a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Kendall Tax Collector’s Office on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The Kendall office is located at 11735 SW 147th Avenue, Suite #20, Miami, FL 33196.

This Kendall branch becomes the sixth Tax Collector office in the County, offering driver license and ID services, property tax payments, vehicle registration, business tax receipts, and more all under the same roof.

“This is more than a new office—it’s about restoring trust and delivering the service our residents deserve,” said Tax Collector Dariel Fernandez. “This location was once known for long lines, frustration, and the scalping of appointments. Those days are over. We are now serving the public with integrity, honesty, and dignity—bringing government closer and more accessible to the people.”
