Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office Participates in South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Annual Installation Luncheon

The Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office was proud to participate in the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Annual Installation Luncheon held at The Biltmore Hotel, where Deputy Tax Collector Gerardo Gomez joined the constitutional officers panel to discuss the work being done to modernize government services and strengthen engagement with the community.

The event brought together business leaders, community organizations, and public officials from across South Florida to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and discuss opportunities to continue supporting economic growth and public service throughout Miami-Dade County.

During the panel discussion, the Miami-Dade County Tax Collector’s Office shared its ongoing efforts to improve accessibility, increase efficiency, reduce bureaucracy, and deliver transparent and responsive services to residents. The conversation also highlighted the importance of collaboration between government agencies and the business community in creating stronger and more connected communities.

Dariel Fernandez, Miami-Dade County Tax Collector, expressed pride in the way the office continues to be represented through professionalism, dedication, and service-focused leadership.

“Our office remains committed to working alongside community and business leaders to continue improving the way government serves the people of Miami-Dade County,” said Dariel Fernandez. “We are focused on building a more modern, efficient, and accessible government that puts residents first.”
